Here are several options for endurance training. Try and get at least 150 minutes per week (for example 30 minutes x 5 days per week). Remember, a good exercise program involves Endurance, Flexibility and Strength training. Stay healthy!

Stretching is important to maintain our mobility and prevent injury. Here are some stretches that are simple and effective. I would recommend doing them twice a week. Stay healthy!

Here is a complete stretching program that covers all muscle groups. Remember to stretch after exercise, hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds, and complete these stretches at least twice a week. Stay healthy!
